Hello, I am Stephen Liljedahl and I have been taking pictures all of my life. I started hyperlight studios to fulfill the void that I see in catalogs, magazines and on web pages. I thought, where are the pictures of regular normal looking people enjoying the activities that my friends and I enjoy? When I shop for clothing, lingerie, swim wear, or jewelry for them I want to see an ad that presents it on someone that is a similar size to who I am shopping for not someone that is a size zero. When looking for a blouse that is a size 3x then where is the 3x model wearing it? I am formally educated in the engineering field. I am self taught in the field of photography.I have always loved the shape and goddess like curves of a full figured woman.As a person who is in touch with my own spirituality, and having a passion for finding beauty in things that others often overlook, I express that in my photography and would appreciate the opportunity to work with anyone interested in letting me bring out their inner beauty for all the world to see.
